I'm not, nor did I.

I downloaded the client to have that pop up.

Well from that computer more than 30 accounts were used. It has been banned 5 days ago.

MAC Addresses are assigned to hardware for reasons you know....

If you had a decent client, it would report the mac address to the servers and you can bann someone that way.

Its not very nice, but they can learn after they need to get a different network adaptor after being banned about 10 times.

Does this not make sense to anyone else, banning an entire MODEL of computer?

Most tickets do idle globals are inactive alot but uhm. As far as PC id's go I hate it badly even though it's simple to change it I had to because I got ID banned on my own playerworld. Too bad you can't evade account bans ahaha my ban history is rediculus and fool of crap i've been banned for the most obsene and highly innopropriate and the dumbest reasons on graal.

It's probably because the hardware in this laptop is the same - so Graal comes up with the same Computer ID for them.

Uhm, globals are not inactive. Only Stefan can handle this problem because Ibonic and I do not have access to computer ID logs, which is why the ticket is currently idle. We can only see the computer ID of a person who is playing, so it is impossible for us to find Zurkiba's PC ID. I'm really getting tired of players saying how terrible the support center is when a lot of us work really hard >

I guess the only solution is to unban that PC ID and let whoever had that model get away with it (only Stefan can see that ID though, as I said earlier). As far as I know, this has been the second report of someone being computer ID banned who was not using a trainer. I was unaware that players could have the same PC ID when I began banning for trainer usage.

Not really, when I submit a ticket I usually get a response within three hours. This case is different because it's going to Stefan who is already occupied with other stuff. I merely bump it up as to see if I can get a response quicker.

It seems there are people with identical hardware configuration and ids, which is strange. The id check has been changed to take that into account, please check if it's working now.

Man, I'll slap the **** out of you if I ever hear you or anyone else say this again.

The Support Center is damn active, I don't think I've seen a ticket sit in there un-read for more than an hour or so before.
