5 hour Free time reset

We're supposed to get 5 free hours per month without observer mode as a trial, how does this work? I thought it reset at the start of the month, but it didn't reset this month. Can someone explain it? Down to 45 minutes and don't want to waste them.

It never resets. Just another strike against observer mode.

I believe it does reset, it's just difficult to notice it because it also includes time spent on an upgraded account, and last I checked time spent on a server that has observer mode disabled.

If it reset it definitely doesn't do so every month. I know for a long time I had absolutely no trial time for the longest.
