Cards were intended on being an economy item, but the project had a bad launch, and the server does not have the amount of players needed to sustain the economy. when I can revamp cards and have a nice rerelease with a decent playercount(stable), we will have an economy.

I can't easily get into that kind of economy item. Although maybe if the cards were more personalized to Classic Graal in general I could.

Above are just examples, and I'm not by any means saying these are the only cards or that these people/guilds/familes should be used at all This is a suggestion of how to allow the players to relate more to this game while still honoring the originals. And these were just a few random names I dropped.

Have you seen any of the cards? Most are based on the old pre npc server Classic in theme, and much of the old overworld and notable people(the Tyhm card for example)

There is a place you can view all cards at. Sadly, only staff can get there but I don't see why a staff wouldn't warp you there.

There's a bunch of cards based on pre-npc Server stuff as DC said.

Several people have cards of themselves because of the role they played in the card game: night, DC, bell, kai, and thor.

You can ask mystic, DC, or myself to warp you to the card-viewing room, or perhaps open your graal folder and find the card images if you have them. I'd put all the images on the card game website but I doubt anyone would look at it until the card game gets revamped.

The album is a nice start but I believe it should be player accessible.

Also I'm curious about a rule book for how the numbers on the cards work and how you are assigning the cards made.

I strongly recommend an animated walk through/tutorial to be designed, but something simple and to the point. The tutorial should be in your "Q" items for easy access/review.

You mean about the BMP -> PNG? You're using BMP's for all your images... a file format not really suited for web browsing. They have about 10x the file size of PNG's, and they rarely have a higher quality. PNG's are optimized, therefor much faster to download and will be a lot easier on your bandwidth, and no one will be able to tell the difference. Especially if you index them(8-bit, like you would for Graal offline).

For example, your one image "card album.bmp"
BMP : 832.69 KB (closing in on 1mb fast there)
PNG : 142 KB
PNG8bit : 88.8 KB
