I have a couple issues I would like assistance with but cannot find the proper avenue to address it. I've tried all old @graalonline.com emails, toonslab doesnt cater to PC Graal issues. I tried to message Admin acc, but its not accepting any messages. Anyone have any ideas?

have you tried turning it off and then turning it back on
