I've been working daily at the support center answering questions... But you're right, there are some that I've directed to unix that have been sitting in there like 4 days.
Someone in their office would be good, but yet again, the people currently there, seem to have their hands full as well. Nao is doing GBA, and I don't see her playing on Graal a lot (I see her sometimes on 2k2 but that's it)
