npcserver rights bug

there is a bug with the npc server rights on RC
first, after giving a right, that person must exit the RC program, wait a few moments, then reconnect to the server. Then it usually works.
Second, when giving rights to weapons in a bag, i.e. Magic/Fire, it will not work
rw WEAPONS/Magic/Fire
that does not work, and it should be fixed =/
unless there is a different way to do it

And also, this may not be a bug, but it's come to my attention. Now people with NPC-Control can not give the right NPC-Control to someone else.
What if someone accidentally removes the right from themself(i did it to myself XP) and they were the only one with NC? =X
I think all of this should be fixed.

Doesn't happen on my server .

You just have to have the right to change admin rights. Oh, and being smart enough to not remove your right might help too .

Nope. It happend to me too on Classicdev. I have all the rights there and for testing reasons I removed the NC right. I couldn't get it back but had to ask a global admin to do so for me.
