". This here is an NPC script you can put in a level to load the zone tileset in GraalEditor.exe. The script determines what tiles will load determining on what the level name is.
Say I wanted to make a Arctic level. I would put this NPC in the level then save it with a name that starts with 'zone_arctic'. Then press the Play button in level editor and hit F4. This will have loaded my arctic tiles and I would be able to make an arctic level! :megaee
