In case that isn't blunt enough, that's saying "Graal doesn't claim rights to anything that gets posted", and posted here refers to both uploading and chat. It doesn't have anything to do with copyright (yes, it says don't upload copyrighted material), but right after that it says, as plain as day, Graal will never be responsible (own) anything that gets uploaded. What this is is Graal saying "if you say/post something illegal, it's not our fault", but it works both ways in terms of content.
Also, I wouldn't put it past Elk to have copyrighted things he's worked on, and as an artist for a game, copyright rules are different concerning creative licenses and such. And if you want to get really technical with loopholes, since all of Elk's art is made in third party software (ie., not Graal), the EULA specifically says Graal has no control over it.
also, "rights of privacy" is really vague.
