There you overtax yourself by far, a staff member won't be fired cause of you or any other player at all. Only thing could be an report of abuses or implement inability the work properly. And in that case, it wouldn't be you, only the fact of the report itself.

Age doesn't matter, it's about maturity. I've seen 13 year olds that act more mature then 16 year olds.

I have zone experience. I'd be horrible as ET if you ask me. Tsu, you'd be pretty good, actually I think you'd be great.
