era already looks stupid enough with the sudden changes of water colours, so we might as well get rid of the uglyness step by step, starting with the randomly placed blocks.

When I made the thread OSL had several scattered around. This does ocassionally happen and I think announcements can simply be placed on under some kind of notice board on that wall in OSL which has the two coke machines.

their point is not only to get rid of staff blocks in osl now, but to prevent clutter in the future.

Current Staff blocks:

Two at unstick me.
like 6 at redfox club.
3 at a SR house.
3 at the eggroll shack

Those staff blocks at red fox are to prevent people from getting in, and im sure its the same with the mall, though I think they should really remove the "link" to the level so nobody can get in, then theres no need for those blocks
