HERE'S an idea. IceHawk, you can be the herald of the new age of Accounts Admin, just like Fox was for LAT. Write up a document saying that when the Accounts Admin leaves, their senior assistant or viceadmin or whatever takes over, and they pick their own viceadmin from the assistant pool. Get a GM or Owner to make it law, then abide by it. I'm sodding tired of the highest admins coming out of nowhere and screwing over the middle management who work for years hoping for a promotion.

Err... Seeing as Geovanie had no Assistants at the time we removed him from staff then we couldn't make the assistant the admin. Also, one of the reasons we removed him was because he choose Krakken as assistant for being friends, and was going to make ssmutz assistant for being an old friend. If an admin retires then I can see him/her leaving the job to the assistant, but when an admin is fired (like geovanie) then we can't be sure his assistant was the best choice.

Anyway, with the new administration system coming, this kind of thing won't happen. The new system is much more organized.

Look NL... I don't mean to be rude but you know NOTHING of why he hired me. That is YOUR opinion and just because you are high up dosen't mean you are right.
I had worked for months with Geovanie. I worked hard every day and he noticed that I think. He is NOT stupid and I greatly doubt he hired me just because we were friends.
You cannot judge something when you don't know the truth, and proclaim that is a valid reason to others.
Even though you didn't see it. I did everything I could to make good use of my time. And on top of that... I never flamed anyone.
Mr. Bear thought I was doing OK too, so if I was suddenly doing a bad job just because I was friends with someone who happened to fire me then thats stupid.
I did MANY things you did not see but you seem not to care.

Also... GeozGirl (Geovanies Fiancee) came on ICQ today and said geo has died in an accident.... It was not suicide....

Yeah.

I will not believe any people died, unless I get some sort of proof. "______ died last week" will not suffice for me anymore.
