Irrelevant: Gamestop nonetheless doesn't sell every New game that's made for every system ever, they only carry what they think they'll sell. Which means what their distributor convinces them will sell. Which means Graal would need a good distributor.
I don't know any. Shelf-Self-Publishing died out in the 80s when Expert Software drove it into the ground with their crap masquerading as products in the bargain bin.

It's hard enough around here to get something finished on time, or within 2-3 years of when they said it will be done. Let's concentrate on fixing THIS game before screwing around with anything else.

The PSP is based on Linux, just like the rest of Sony's products. I think its the "Yellow Dog" distro, I never checked properly. But there might be a possibility to, yes "Emulate" as Googi said on the PSP however I expect it'd be extremely complex as the Linux distro of Graal isn't designed for PSP and c'mon Graal wasn't design with the same hardware for PSP. But I think it'd be easier for Stefan to design if he can due to the distribution similarities.

If so, good on him. Making the game more compatible with other operating systems is a very wise move if you ask me.

So overall, the guy you were talking to was talking out of his ass.

To turn Graal into a ROM file, i'd suspect it'd be hard, if not impossible. I'm sure you could port a single player story based one though. But you'd have to create that, infact that'd make quite a cool project.

And, actually I have to differ - I think it's easier to play roms on DS. Get a M1/M3 card, whack in an SD mini and upload GB/GBA/DS until you drop =]

No thats the magic of Graal! who actually finishes and fixes a project when they say they will. They are just giving us something to look forward to, I mean hey its not like our money matters!

Haha, this is never going to get done. This will fall into the online level editor/RC for mac/updated graal shop/GS2 Offline etc box.

Stefan says he'll do it, which means it definatly won't get done. Have you guys ever seen a PSP's screen? It's puny, imagine trying to show a Q Menu on those things!

Maybe not the modern Q Menu, and I'll grant that a number of servers will be forced to account for screen resolutions lower than those to which they had become accustomed, but it'll be less catastrophic than the Serverside "Conversion". A few servers upload an alternate statbar/inventory for the PSP, and they're done.

Yea i know probably never. I mean by the time Stefan is ready to make the port not many people will be playing graal. So there really is no point in doing so. I mean yea this game is fun, but look at the other games out there. The longer stefan takes to upgrade the higher the standards for a "good game" will be.
