James, you said that everything but classic should be shutdown, which really doesn't make sense, because then theoretically 2 things would happen:
1. people would stop playing graal, and moan for eternity with bad grammar and/or spelling (davidpsy)
2. people would start playing the other servers...
if 1 happened, it be stupid because you'd get all these people whining and *****ing, and then they would leave graal, which would end up forcing stefan and unix to go out of business cause 0 customors.
if 2 happened, well consider this...500 PEOPLE ON CLASSIC. I remember when I first started playing classic had like 300 people at peak hours, but 500, that would lag like npulse. plus all the classic players would be pissed cause the server would be full of newbies needing help with quests, which are already bugged as hell. but I mean no offense there, cause tyhm is good and works hard...
ok here's my lodown, keep the top 5 servers on the list. classic, UN, val, and prolly npulse and del...ok seriously val is ***, but I think it would be a good idea to keep it up so all the idiots would go there and not the other servers...Lots of you guys say 'oh every other server but UN and classic sux', but in reality, UN and classic probably wouldn't pass a PW test...
A server I have a good personal experience with is Shaded Legend, this is one kick ass server with tight staff. These guys have consistently good levels, not just the online start or what not...they are also going to be completed with new SL, which will be VERY nice.
Maloria is also a promising server. Minus half the staff. They have/had very good developing staff, pokilty was a very good scripter, and fireboyX was an awesome lat, they have pretty good events and good ideas. If you were to get rid of some of their staff (cyberX), this server could be very good.
Doragen Koden is also a very promising server...It seems to be very innovative and original, and I believe that gyoshi's workin mad hard trying to get good stuff in.
Another seemingly promising server is valikorlia. NOT. ok that was a joke.
As for the new servers, galbadia and gaia, well they don't seem very nice, and it upsets me that the only PWs that have actually been going up are mediocre ones that have just cheated their way through the PWA process.
I think the making of PWs should be halted for a while, except for PWs already up, there are more than enough already up, and more than enough private.
There are other pretty good servers out there, I just haven't played em, as for private servers like Bravo and faheria...
Ok bravo i'm gonna say this. You guys were a p2p server as andor, and now you're BO, when BO first came out, I swear to god their levels were ****ing bull****, that may sound blatent, but it's true and everyone knows it. Nobody even likes it, because standards on graal have changed and that is now considered a **** server. Now you wanna go private and 'redo' it. BULL****. No one wants that POS back, just take the computer that it's stored on and ship it to a poor kid in Columbia, because it will be of better use then.
Faheria, you guys got a truly awesome team, some of the best, but honestly, you got nothin....
I think that NW should get up! ok maybe not, but it'd be a big step in graal for that damn thing to get up. |
