Yes, but there also has to be a second penalty since they won't lose the money other players will lose re-buying their bomy, I think it should be something like they can't use the marketplace/trading post/be able to buy hats, dolls or pick up hats/dolls dropped on the ground, same for other trading items until they have paid off a "debt" of, say, 1K gralats.

No, I'm refering to the few people who have had bomys for a year. Now, if it were to become availiable to more people, the debt would have to be increased substantially.
