You never know though. Even if Classic doesn't use a better Classic system, it's bound to be good for other servers.

Let's go deeper into that.
I don't think it's the lack of content worrying most players. It's the current people who are in charge of this server who are lacking.
A change of guard would I think already move 10 old players to classic again.
Release content and you'll have people spread the word.
But as long as Master Storm is in charge it will be storming of players leaving classic.

I wouldn't be fretting about default HD right away, all I said is that it wasn't possible right this minute.
just because it cant be done right now doesnt mean I wasn't aiming for a gradual withdrawl from the lower quality custom systems, and experimenting around with what default HD will effect. I'm not ingoring anyone, I know the upsides and downsides of things, right now I'm assessing those.
I do wish to keep a default movement and the current default nick system.
Custom movement makes using a trainer to wallhack or speedhack much more difficult.
The custom nickname right now is far superior to the default nick system and also allows for nicknames outside of the 0-100 AP coloring.

As for Storm, he is actually doing a better job than he ever has in management, and this is coming from me, from the stress of almost losing his position or not, he is actually doing the jobs he is suppose to have been doing and is showing a lot of interest in the things we are developing.

Only problem I see with custom nickname system is the lag. I don't know if it has to do with the custom movement(from what I've talked with MS, there are tons of checks going on with movement that means more players = way more lag), but custom nicknames do contribute to lag as more players enter the level. With 20 or so players in a level, I have to disable nicknames to cut down some on the lag.

Otherwise I agree with the benefits.

Either way, I'd like to see these ". (lots of repeated spaces inbetween) ." nicknames be banned from usage so people can't cheat in LMS events like babord survivor.
