Doesn't stop him from being a graphics designer does it? Donald did a lot of lovely work which wasn't pixelled. It was still good and effort was put into it.

I've done some pretty hot work with airbrush. It generally looks good and has a feel to it that can't be achieved from pixelling.

Oh man, this playerworld would kick ass if the battling is turn-based liked Final Fantasy, or even maybe like RO with click attacking. Someone seriously needs to do a turn-based playerworld. The possibilities are endless. ;O

turn based battles are really boring after 100 battles and online there are not much ways to realize this
we will have an action adventure battle system
that means you will not stand in front of a monster and only push the s button :O
i hate this mouse click battles and them make only sense in a rpg with exp where you can level but you cant level on esteria

Haha, tell that to the thousands and thousands of players that play FFXI and RO. There's ways to make things more interesting.

But since you're not going to have a leveling system my suggestion is pointless.

this games are 3d mmorpgs graal is based on a 2d action adventure ...
if i can choose between fighting with action or only tousand times click one button to attack i choose the action one lol
i played the most rpgs and mmorpgs and i have more fun if i need some skills to kill monstern not only have lvl 999 and 99999 HP and bash all things :O
to this final fantasy thing i thanks sqaresoft for the new fighting system in ff12
now you can say but ff7 or ff8 was better yeah but not because of the battle system only the story was better and you see sqauresoft going the action way now too because you have more fun with it
i dont want to say that ro or any other games are stupid or something but after gaining the max lvl and the best items this games are boring as hell in our system you can play how long you want because the only thing you found will be money with this you can style ur char and your weapons and do other things
our server will be more an action adventure collection game with a lot of mini games where u can get things for ur house or ur char
there will be an rpg part too but this will not be like final fantasy or other rpgs
and sorry pkers but there will no pk on the overworld too :P that was it for today tommorow i will work again on the tileset

on my pc the lvl looks normal
at all we looking for someone who has knowledge about sprites
and can do some attack sprites thats the broken part in the middle of the spritesheet and the point why there are no clothes right now

I really love the water, it looks so clean and has such a great sense of depth. The tiles all look wonderful. One thing I do notice is the strange purple flower thing in the top right corner. And the grass does look a bit tiled.

Err, you do know that the name Esteria is from the game 'Ys: The Ark of Napishtim' right?
Symp got in trouble for using the name Symphonia because it was copyrighted to the game 'Tales of Symphonia'

symphonia used 2d remakes of the 3d weapons from tales of symphonia too
i played ys on the ps2 but i dont know that there was a city or something called esteria but i think thats no problem if you type in esteria in google you find much more matches :O

Ah ok now i know that a continent was called esteria in ys :O
i never tried to fake this name or something it was an accident
but only the name ys + the titel of the game are copyrightet
