Yes have a RPing forum that is password protected and have sub-forums to each kingdom and then have a Forum for all the kingdoms to talk in

they can post what they are recruiting for...

so people can Know exactly whena guild/kingdom/server is recruiting

An RP board would be good if it didn't get too crowded. Maybe make it invite-only, but I doubt Stefan/Unixmad would agree to that because other Graalians might complain about not having access.
