That way, when I wade through the sea of posts, I'll see the one with people saying "you" and not "u" and say, "Hey, this guy looks like he has something interesting to say." It also makes it MUCH, MUCH easier to read. I come here to relax, not strain my brain trying to decipher your cryptic code.
I barely make it past your police force with my bad spelling skills

You're looking for someone to blame because Graal isn't like it used to be. Well it isn't the "oldbies" and it isn't the "newbies" it's the people that get on and act anti-everything.

I'm not going to name names but a certain group of people (about 20-30 and one girl, you should know who you are) Get on Graal and do nothing but make fun of people, be disgusting, talk about disgusting things, use inappropriate language, etc.

All that might be well and good but Graal is NOT the place to discuss things like that. One day I'm going to screenshot toalls of you're conversations and then show them all on the forums and you will see what idiots you really look like.

I don't get on Graal to hear people talking about how many times they have been in jail, how many dead animals they have seen, or how many drugs they have done and gones they have held. I'm not really suprised that suicide has gone up lately, with people like these.

That's all well and true, but it isn't just 'their' fault. It is OURS. We have helped cause this. They may have done that, but we slowly stopped going on, which made it more boring for us when we did go on because there was hardly any of US on, which in turn made us not go on as much. It is a vicious circle Konidias, and as much as you may not think so, or may not WANT to think so, it is OUR fault too. Yes, OURS. We are as much to blame as they are.

I don't really think anyone would care anyway, sometimes people just feel like acting like idiots, and it's all in fun. I bet if you did do that, everyone would be like "ok","cool","i dont care go away", etc.

Could I ask your opinion about acronyms for longer meanings, (E.G. LOL , ROFL etc.)?

I can stand them, but you wouldn't say "ROFL!!!" in real life, would you? You would just laugh. That's what I often do.

Of course I'd laugh, although I do use lol as an everyday word since it's Dutch for fun ;P

I've come to the conclusion that, the new players coming arent part of the problem, we are. Throughout this new generation of players, we've all been resisting it, trying to change people, why the hell should they have to act a certain way around us? I mean all someone has to do is type the wrong way and they have everyone on their case. Rather than try and resist the new generation, we should embrace it. We used to have fun because it was a peaceful community, and frankly, we've made it just the opposite, what the hell is wrong with those people that "don't have intelligence", nothing, They just might want to type a faster way, because they prefer it that way, they might be a beginner typist, I have no idea but we should not judge "intelligence" and "worth" on that. We should try and help these people with problems, have a fun enviroment with these people, rather than make it a hostile enviroment. Some of you might call me a conformist, some of you may say something else, but think upon the words I have said, thank you.
Hehe clever mr wing, although i've knew that for some time

I would quote Vermain to answer, but I don't feel like it.

Those I can stand, and even use myself. I think when typing out long things like "laughing out loud" it's ok to use lol. But when you're typing a 3 letter word, such as "are" or "you" I see no point in not typing the word out completely.
