No. The current system for support is
terrible. There needs to be an issue management/ticket system. Even ask the PWAs—I bet you every single one would agree. Tig spent a lot of time researching different support center-type solutions after the support center was removed the last time, but my understanding is that Stefan never responded or approved any of them.
