Drop Pirate's ac. Dusty boots are knight's, armor boots. Pirate's are leather. I'd fine with them being speedier if Dusty's were more armored.

Dex is not Speed.
Dex adds speeds but has a cap, Speed has no cap, only a maximum attainable limit. You can still overstack dex by getting 31+ dex. Most are able to overstack dex easily.

People stack dex over 30 Joel. I personally still wouldn't wear dex-1 boots though.

i got 33 dex base, so hell, i'd love to wear some +2 speed boots.
