Graal should save in PNG by default. But if you have Photoshop(or Gimp or any equivalent software), you can usually save it by FILE > SAVE AS > and selecting the drop down menu and picking PNG. To optimize, you can do IMAGE > MODE > INDEX

However, Paint can also do it(though it can't optimize), by simply SAVE AS and changing the type as well.
