Darklux dude give up the kingdom to someone in samurai please. Its only fair and some person who just started playing to get the kingdom but will disappear if they don't *coughs* bosh...hatred *coughs* shouldn't obtain it.

If you still want to give it up to someone outside then give it to John. He's ruled dustari and is still active and won't disappear if he don't get the kingdom.

I really want to agree and say "Neither Bosh or Hatred", as they hadn't cared about Gk until you were ready to drop Samurai, but they're the only ones showing real interest.

I also want to agree with the John bit, but he's staff, and he hasn't been insanely active either, on more than the other choices, but still not a face that the newer Gk member would recognize.

Alright so I thought I would show Dark Lux along with the public exactly what my developers can do to show that they are more then capable and how fast they work. So Loomis is the one who made the Boat and the Samurai "Cresent Helm" and Zanza made the Samurai Glove.

Alright so the Boat was just something he made in the past for GK when he was applying as a developer so I thought I would post this to show some of his work. Also that boat was made over one year ago and his skills has improved since then.

So the next image is the Samurai helm which he made pretty quickly and even though it isn't complete yet and still needs some touching up to do with shading and some corrections you get the idea of what it is going to look like.

The next image is the Samurai gloves that I asked Zanza to make which he made pretty quickly tonight. Zanza has a lot of graphics but I thought I would only post GK related images because anything else wouldn't matter to much.

If there is time between now and before Dark Lux posts who the winner is I might be able to get some more Kingdom Equipment posted.

Alright so in case any one missed part 1 of me showing some of my developments team graphics look at the end of page 6. So atm it is 1:25 am and I have school tomorrow I doubt that I can have any more graphics made since Dark Lux is picking a new Emperor tomorrow so I will show what I had 1 of my Developers make since the last time I posted.

Belt- Alright so the first image on the left would be used for the elite kingdom set for Samurai and it was designed after the idea of making it after a Ninja belt.

Hat- The same thing goes for the hat but it isn't done yet. There is still going to be recoloring to it and more views have to be added along with quite a bit of touch up but you get the idea of it. Also yes I know that there was a past style of this hat made and it got uploaded to debug but it was crap and looked like a sea shell.

Also last but not least I have to give credit to my developer Zanza. He made this both very quickly even though it was late.

Boshs and Hatreds Plans were seriously impressive, yet they were topped by Joshs plans and experience, so he will be the new shogun.

Iam of course sorry for Bosh and Hatred, as you two really had loads of ideas, but Iam sure John will be happy for help building up samurai again, so just try to contact him up.

Why would you put John in power? That is completely ridiculous. He has shown no plans for bettering Samurai, you put these guys through all of this and then you just give it to your friend who has shown no initiative to improve Samurai? I don't think this should happen at all, and I think this should probably be investigated for being rigged and stealing ideas. John and Bosh have already gotten a chance to lead a kingdom, Hatred hasn't, and Hatred has shown extensive amounts of passion for Samurai, not to mention he has been in Samurai longer than you have, Darklux. What is this? A popularity contest? Outrageous.

Quite a few people here have put forth very good applications in for Emperor, I know my opinion might not matter much here but whoever wins it will definitely benefit Samurai in a positive way. My vote however is for Hatred, because he's been in Samurai for as long as I can remember and in my opinion deserves it. All of the kingdom's can do with some more work on them to bring some life back into GK, here's a step toward it!

Samurai Application

(Part 3)

So I have been doing some work recently for Samurai even though Dark Lux hasn’t picked a new Emperor yet and thought that I would post more of my plans and more details that I left out in part 1 and part 2 of my application.

Kingdom Developers
So I talked about doing all this development work with out listing any of the people who I have in mind that would be doing the development work for Samurai and also possibly GK. So I will list their name and their development skills and I will either end up posting their work or I will have them post some samples of their work with in the next day unless Dark Lux has made his choice by then. Loomis can also gani and LAT but he will be focused on doing graphics.

Loomis: (GAT) Some of you might already know this person because he was accepted by Bjorn to be a developer for GK a year ago and shortly after he became inactive for one reason or another so Bjorn fired him. He now is willing to come back if I end up becoming Emperor and is already working on two different sets of Kingdom equipment as I speak which I will talk about later. Loomis is a Developer or Admin on Aeon.

Zanza: (GAT/ Possibly LAT) More of you should know Zanza because well he has not only been playing GK longer than I have but also has been in Samurai longer then I have. He has some pretty good graphic skills that most of you probably don’t know of because he has only done development work for Aeon. (He has done some for some other servers but I doubt you know of them.) Like Loomis he is also from Aeon and used to be a Gat Admin but now is a Developer. Even though Zana has some pretty good GAT skills he might end up focusing on levels because he is currently the only person I could find for levels.

Soffro: (GAT) Not to many of you would know Soffro unless you ever played Era. Soffro used to do graphic work for Era for quite a while and ended not to long ago quit. Soffro would be one of the players who is willing to do development work with out being a kingdom developer or getting debug access so he would be more behind the scenes but still willing to help as a favor to me.

Silica: (Gani/NAT) Silica used to play GK about a year or so ago and recently returned so I am not sure how many people know of her who play GK but she does Gani and Scripts and she is also another person who would be willing to work with out debug access meaning that she wouldn’t be a kingdom developer.

There is more people who I have in mind that I have asked or who are pending that I will not end up listing because it would be pointless if they said no.

Kingdom Plans

Kingdom Ranks
So Dark Lux did a pretty good job with the ranks but I will still plan to change them around or rename them along with adding a few more. In the past Samurai has had quite a bit of ranks and I always thought there was to many because ½ of the ranks were never used. So with the decreased player count I plan to have possibly 10-15 rank titles that will also be easy to remember/pronounce at the same time. It was always a pain to get long rank titles when you couldn’t pronounce them so I am going to try to avoid that. So each rank will end up having at least two people or more depending what the rank is exactly.

Kingdom Equipment
So to go back to what I was saying before I am already having a Loomis work on the Kingdom equipment to avoid using the gear that was sent in two years ago because frankly those don’t represent Samurai at all besides the fact they are red.(The ones Draenin sent in no offense to him)
So right now its unclear how exactly things are going to be done with the kingdom equipment so I ended up having him make two different sets.
Bjorn said that the current kingdom items will be turned into normal event items and the new kingdom items will be tag locked and released one at a time for the kingdom to host off. So I am assuming if this happens the equipment stats will turn out better and at the same time it would be rare.
Tig or Klay or whoever is running the idea plans to make the kingdom items into craftable items that will be easy to make so that the normal kingdom members will have an outfit that represents their kingdom but still be tag locked items. So I am assuming that this set is going to have stats similar to the holiday items or possibly a bit better but nothing GREAT.

-(Ninja) Anyhow for the Bjorn idea I thought that we would use a Ninja outfit that would contain.
Hat, Mask, Armor, Shoes, Gloves, Belt for sure. It might end up having amulet, rings, and a bow.

- (Samurai) For the Tig/Klay idea I thought that a Samurai outfit would be more fitting for the lower stats so this outfit will contain.
Hat, Mask, Armor, Bracers, Shoes, Gloves, Belt, Amulet, Katana (This will be a new), and possibly a cloak.

My reasoning for having the Ninja outfit for being a rarer outfit with better stats is well the idea of a Ninja is that they are elite people who are hired by the King to kill people of his choosing. This means they have to be pretty damn quick and strong to do this so I thought it would be better fit to have that set made for the better stats plus there is going to be less amount of Ninja then there will be of Samurai. So the reasoning of having the Samurai outfit being the basic outfit is because Samurai are just basic soldiers really so their outfit deserves to be pretty common.
The theme I have in mind for the Ninja outfit will be something like Str/Dex and Damage/Agi because that is pretty much what represents a Ninja and possibly -Con or something stuck in because their armor is pretty thin.
The Samurai equipment stat theme will be something like Str/Con and Damage/Possibly +HP?
The reason for this is because Samurai have quite a bit of armor and it is thick so that is the reason for the Con and the reason for the Str is well because they are melee and strong.

Summary
Also at least one entire kingdom outfit will be made by Sunday and I will end up having I posted here and also in the kingdom equipment thread so that everyone can see the gear. I will end trying to get all of the people who I plan to help with development work post their work here or I will post it so you can know what they are packing. Anyhow if I think of anything else that I want to be made public I will end up having it posted here for you all to read If I think of it before Dark Lux picks a new leader.

I don't see how it would hurt the kingdom either, though. Samurai shouldn't revolve around Samurai's, it should revolve around the Japanese era.

The truth. My short lived period as Events Master was awesome. I used my own items mixed with the limited items you get for being an EM and hosted about 70 events in 20 days.
