Well, I mean, it's their job to make sure the servers are running without any problems, regardless of how long they need to stay up to fix the servers. It's their business, and if they want to keep customer satisfaction from dropping, then it's in their responsibility to fix server problems as soon as possible, which they always seem to do so it's nothing new for them to stay up just to fix some problems.

I'm sure most jobs don't require you to work till 3AM because something isn't working.

And I'm sure most jobs make sure they don't have to stay up until 3 AM fixing things by making sure their systems are stable and avoiding problems from the get-go.

But, on the off chance that the systems do go down, it's the companies responsibility to get their systems back up and running as soon as possible if they have people paying for their service. This is one things that Cyberjouers seems to be good at, getting their servers up and running rather quickly when they crash. But, then again, that is their job, as already stated.

But it still doesn't hurt to show appreciation sometimes for them doing it, even though it is their job...

Oh give me a break. Everyone deserves credit for what they do. You must not be a Graal developer...

Indeed. They could copy Valve's way of doing things. Somewhere along the lines of,

It doesn't work for ya? Umm... delete the game and reinstall it...update drivers. That didn't work? Well tough **** then.

That put me off Valve a ****load when I read my mates tech support query. That being said, Valve can do that since once you pay, that don't need to care about you anymore. MMO companies do need to provide the highest level of customer care since in the end: they need your repeat business. While I don't play WoW, I know their tech support is one of the best in the world.

my appreciations would go out to them if they released a version that is capable playing on, right now everything is so messy, a stupid playerlist next to my screen, making my screen half the size. i cant log out directly, only trough a popup asking if i want to leave it in the tray.
these are all small irritations.
Graal used to be easy to work with, right now it get's messy.
Graal in general is going the same direction as Classic does.
no where.
