The army was pretending to be created to support the jedi in the war against the sepratists and defend the republic, but really it was Darth Sideouses secret army.

That "pretending" is wrong. Because Darth Sidoeus needed the Sepratists to die cause it would be even a bigger problem trying to bring the Empire to rule the galaxy. So its 50/50 there.

Sidoeus was the one who made the sepratists O_O.. Well, he ordered Dooku to make everyone form an alliance, thus creating the Sepratists. GAAWD STAR WARS IS SOOO GAAAAY

Ok, here's how it works, in the First movie Anakin steps in as a kid, no clones, so the Jedi are the main fighting force because there hasn't been a real huge battle yet. Second movie the Clones get introduced and for the first time they can tackle the robots head on, these clones were designed to follow the top leader's orders without thought, without feeling, and without remorse. Third movie Sideous finally gets Anakin to join him so they can destroy the Jedi force without any problem of them wising up (sneak attack ftw) and since the genetic programming of the Clones was made like that they attacked with no issue, the clones are changed from The Republic to the Empire after the Jedi are ownt. Then the rebels come into play, and it's the Rebels v. The Empire

actually Gen. Greivous or w/e wasn't a sith since he was a Robot, and then Anakin wasn't a Sith untill Count Olaf or w/e died because as master Yoda once said, "Only two Sith they are at one time, no more, no less." and in the books, there is Lumiya, Jacen Solo(yes Solo, Leia and Han's firstborn twin), Ben Skywalker(yes, Luke's son, but he is just an apprentice the next book hasn't come out), old Mara Jade, Darth Malak, Darth Reven, and a number of others, plus I guess you could add the whole Shadow Academy, an academy that trains dark Jedi....oh yea, I forgot the evil Yhuuzhan Vong Priestess Vergere who is a firball lol.

Genreral greives rocks but he isn't sith. I guess there's 4 sith if you count maul, but if you do that you can count them. Maul, Sideous, Tyranus, Vader, and that one weird one from the minisodes, I don't really think that last one counts but oh well. And another point dooku died at the beggining so Annikin became sith at any possible time throughout the movie. (the mini sodes made an interecting point at the introduction of a 3rd sith Ithink the script writer needed something without killing off a main charector though)
