But Graal already bases something on the user's wprd.
When you get an account, you have to verify your age. Now, if the user's word is good enough then, then it should be good enough now. If a person wanted to change the results, they would have gone for the 25+. Lets face it, most people here are older than 18, and graal should recognize that
If you want to see a copy of my drivers licence, I could send it to you

Even if you got an 18+ forum, what would be the point? You could talk about alcohol? There's not much we've ever talked about on that subject anyways. The real freedom you (and I) want is to be able to criticize the rules, administration, staff, etc, and we won't get that simply from some age-restricted forum.

Agreed.

Someday the people who run this forum will actually realize that when people criticize them, it doesn't have to be a bad thing. Let people debate over the rules. What is the harm in that?

Have you ever heard of the term "the customer comes first"? You are supposed to listen to what we complain about, not dismiss it as us being disturbances. You are supposed to run this game like professionals. And the forums are no different than the game.

Also, I'd be willing to bet that if you treated us with a little bit of respect, it would be returned. Kaimetsu ran the forums for years, while deleting posts, banning members, and doing all the other supermod duties. However, he is seen in great respect, because he heard people out and let them have their complaints.

What is so hard about that?

I realize that people are going to be immature about things. People are going to say stupid things and take it too far. But as the leaders of the forum, it is foolish to alienate the rest of your clients just because a few people are fools.

So, you would say that the professionalism [or lack thereof] shown by Graal Online administration is equal to that of the norm of real-life professionalism?

If criticism is sticking to facts and not becoming personal, it's permitted. But sadly, debates are often ending in insulting.

I posted off topic too. That is in the nature of things and happens all days but is not okay, right. I don't think we should make a rule to prohibit it generally.

It's better to stop this discussion now. Further contributions wouldn't be really helpful delve into the topic.

Yes, so a little over half of the members posted in this thread (or voted) is over 18 (or say they are).
57% of 99 voters
Not really a suprise.

Uh, how is my post treating you like a kid? I'm not willing to say 100% that everyone on the internet are honest about their age.
That isn't treating anyone like a kid.
Do you really think that the person who said he was 6 (and by the looks of it, on the poll also), is really 6? Most of the people who voted didn't even reply. Do you know who they were? Can you be sure of their age? No.
All it is, is common sense.

I called no one a liar. I could not do that beings I have no proof of whether or not people were truthful of their age or not.
I see nothing immature in my post, just common sense from someone who has been using the internet for a long time.

Helloooo! What's your problem? There are different ways to comment this poll.
No need to flame! She only pointed out what others did before too.
This has nothing to do with age, staff position or maturity.

Heeellloooo? Flaming? There was no flaming, I simply stated the fact that I think she's acting immature, which alot of people have said about other people on these boards, why is it such a problem now?

Whenever someone in this thread points out the results of the poll she likes to point out that people can lie and that the results might not be accurate, we heard her the first time, there is no need to keep repeating it, it's so childish that she cant just move on.

I could have put a bet you'd make that point, and probably why you made the poll in the first place. Even if it was 100% 18+ it doesn't really matter or provide any support for your desire to talk about alcohol!

EDIT: 4 posts to go
