Yes. Even RC can get PMs from players on other servers.

Not exactly; I think it is something built into the GServer. When someone sends a PM from another server, a fake client logs on to the receiving server with player ID 16000+ and sends the message.

Hm.

You can tell a v4 client quite easily if you are on a RemoteControl. The ID of a Graal v4 user (using a global playerlist) has an ID of 16000+.

If you find someone abusing the global playerlist, report it, and it shall be taken care of.
