Global staff -- Take off some of the job

I remember this idea coming up at least two times before in the past... Same name, even... It was determined that the potential for corruption far outweighed the benefit of having them, and that the benefit was very little in general.

That's all just the picking of the right members. People have screwed up before. As I have said before, the two other people I have asked to support, and people who have experience being GPs.

As Stanislav said (He is one of the two members) "There is corruption in all servers. GGP would basically just be GPs on all servers. PW deals with a lot more on GK then and UC servers getting passed. GGP would deal with corruption of staff, not being able to ban players, etc."

Most of the Globals except Loriel are biast, they help there friends with things but leave everyone else to email , PM and IM them a billion times. I tried to get unbanned on kingdoms because my account was hacked, I have waited a year, I got a reply from Tyhm who said to ask someone else. No one else replied.

Most people in the PW or other staff, do not respond to E-mails.

Again, this supports my idea of GGP who mostly would do things on the playerworlds directly.

There was once a group who was like this. But they were very poor at their job. They were very corrupt, as many people cannot handle power. And overall, it was one of the worst failures of a global postion.

They were known as HR.

Human resources or HR was not just anyone. It was NightFall, Nemesis and Contego.

This global police idea is stupid just like HR was. It'll only breed further corruption/friends-only jobs.

Recap: I think the only bad thing about the GGP, would be picking the right members. Since we have: Myself, Stanislav, and WaterLord, I'm not sure who else would fit the job and not be currupt.

Leaveing all personal reasons behind, I think two more members that were hired by application, would be perfict.

No one Emails because the amount of responses people get on graal is very low. As a matter of fact Stefan doesnt even use email anymore. That and emails are usually replied hours after being sent. Which sucks hard.
