I have been there since the problems started, im well aware of what needs to be done (including solutions to the exploits i easily capatilized on)

Why? Some people stopped playing because no one is doing anything. That doesn't mean they wouldn't be devoted to fixing it. That only means they aren't devoted to the nonadvancing GTA that exists at the time.

I said new classic sarcastically. I posted my start of a solution in another thread. And yes, the players opinions do matter. A lot of the old people left because they didn't like the changes.
As for "sorting this management mess" it is clearly out of our hands. We can only hope some higher power steps up and starts calling shots.
