Screw all of you. Nemesis is tight as hell. Honestly I don't see why you guys hate him so much. He at least tries. And one MAJOR thing I'm giving to him, I have NEVER witnessed one corrupt act from him. Not a single one, I can't say that about any other staff, and that includes me.

::rants on:: and furthermore he's right, we don't get the powers we need to do our job, I WISH I could help fix autosync when it's down, I do the most with what I have (and before you say I AM in it for something think about this; I get NOTHING, no warpto, no rc, no modship of anything, I get access to approve/disapprove guilds that's it). Nemesis can't do everything cuz he doesn't have the bloody rights to do it for one and for two we can't expect ONE man to do it all.

I am just stating the facts.. You wanna fix things...I stated how it is......THis is what it's basically like...I mean honestly you want a better graal...I do too...I won't go against them illegally but I want something for the community to stop fighting about so we all have standardized rules, how things are treated, who controls what...everything needs to start and begin somewhere, or we can't progress...Atleast in my opinion....If you feel the same, then I guess we have a goal to achieve...whether differences or not, it's about the game not about who likes who , and who hates who..

Problem: The people in charge (with exceptions) think they're gods. Did you see some of Kamuii's posts in the NGR forum? "We have the authority not you" it's disgusting. The players are getting no representation whatsoever. I wish we could get rid of some things...AP...pk tag....Valikorlia....but it's not realistic cuz some people like it and there would never be enough support to totally demolish it so I live with that, but when things happen that EVERYBODY except the staff hates it's still not changed merely because the staff don't care about what the players think.

I can say that Nemesis was one of the ones who tried to have me removed from FAQ chief (along with contego) on 2001.

I don't have the log anymore. I'm sure someone does. That wasn't exactly legitimate, and he had no power to log on and "fire" me like that.

That was true...but in the end you werent........Stuff happened...then we had our disputes, then again I put that all behind me...I have no problems with you, and I do indeed value your position as a reviewer/inspector...You do have my graal aim correct?

Although this got me fired and made me leave for some time, I think Nemesis is not a bad admin. From what I have seen (after this incident), he does a good job. From reading his very big post in this thread, I understand that he has some of the same problems I had when I was in his position.

if they were smart what theyd do is release a g-server and allow people to host it and make it so the free version hold 15 users and from that they would have to purchase user codes so that they could have more users and make the code check in on their server so that only 1 person can use the code. thus making more money and not being bothered as much.

just to add a little bit more, some people may have limited bandwidth so what they can do is provide a service a for a set amount of $ a mont theyll host their server but they are not responsible for any problems, give the people telnet and ftp access to the server to upload levels etc and telnet to boot the server up. Its really not that complicated.

Muhr. I have an extra comp and I could prolly manage 40 bucks a month to pay for a cable connection to support it. Or if it got popular what I could do is force a banner click so that it payed a bit and upgrade the host to a T1.
