Exactly, Gameo, I was not saying that they have the right too do it if they want to.
I am saying they could easily just lie about it, and get an upgraded account.
It's just that easy.

If so Hawk, then we don't have to make precautions and such for them because they agreed that they are 13 or older, even if it was a lie, thus making any case they have null-and-void.
