He has global RC access. I don't know his rights on other servers/global, but he has supreme reign on Classic, and globa guilds basically spawn mostly from Classic. And he's GM, so I think I'll just have to nag him until he does something.

man i really wish someone would do something about this, so first off should we do something so we can have a new guilds admin, i can never contact stefan and i beleave he is the only one that can hire people
