If you guys prefer having 50,000 useless gralats, all the hats, all the dolls, a bomy, a house, and all that stuff, and have nothing else to buy or do, then so be it.

I guess we can just keep adding more stuff for people to buy until 2k1 just turns into one big store.

Yes, I'm working on Oasis, I just wanted to help to admin 2k1, which I will be doing, while I continue making Oasis.

I have learned a lot about what NOT to do from 2k1, so Oasis should be fun and there won't be needs for resets on it

There won't be a need for one, because the stores around Oasis will be there to buy supplies, armor, clothing, food, and they will be run by npcs, so that the money is taken off that way.

Plus most of the buyable things on Oasis will be things that have one time uses.. such as food or potions.

A tax npc on 2k1 seems like a gralat reset, that slowly pisses people off.

How would you like to lose money when you bought something.. for example bought a hat for 50, and had 15 gralat tax on it. So you're losing money left and right.

But, to keep players, maybe you should just reset gralat, and leave houses and bomies alone. Also, I think it'd help a lot if hats were free again.

ok here is my opinoin, before the Market, and before "Currupt Staff" started giving unbaliveable amounts of money to friends, and before all things had prices that were overpirced, before poeple had anything over 10,000 Gralats, there was a peacful Graal2001 server, bomy's had a good chance of keeping and making good curency because sertain things were balanced, all the power was balanced. Humans were doing great, making money like crazy from minerals, and fishing. People who had houses didnt charge much and it didn't cost much (at this time it wouldnt cost much at all). Events were great, and everything was in order, not many scammers either.

Now the balance has been broken, poeple scam like crazy, there is a Market place, and many other things that influence scamming and people riping eachother off, new staff were hired that started giving items and money away like crazy to there friends, money was flying everywere, not manny auctions happen anymore. Stefan was always worried about too much money being on the server, thats what auctions were for, also hats too. When the market was made people started making money like crazy, and then basicly the balance was broken when stefan left for other projects.

I think its a good idea to reset the acounts, i would also make limits to things, take the market away, we have lived fine without it, the trading spots (2) on the server are ment for this stuff, just create more trading area's. Make them better?, maybe make a place were there are many trading places in one level or two that are close much like the market. Start logging things down that staff do, i would say kill the Control npc, becuase staff weapons and items are just usless 100% usless, its only there to make them Power hungry, and be currupt.

Ghost pirate has a good idea, make it so we can create hats, and create all of our stuff, if that happends then the market could stay, prices really need to be lowered on items, house costs should be risen a little bit to get rid of money, along with items that you have to buy (mining tools, ect...).

It sounds like a type of Government, but maybe that could help i mean yes there already is one becuase there is the owner(2) of the server and stuff but i think there maybe should be a group of people who gather around and see what the major problems are on the server and try to Compramise a plan that helps get rid of the problems.

so yes Reseting acounts is a verry smart idea.

yes thats why i sigest that things like dolls shouldnt be sold in stores, but in auctions, so then money flys off the server, man before stefan left he made sure that money was really scarce on the server, and now its just like everywere. i heard someone has 60k, before any of this stuff happend, there wasnt ever 60k on the server alltogether, thats too much money.

Think about Serena, Luc, Corpse, Myself, Ghost Pirate and some others who have been here at the beginning of 2nd of last year when the servers first opened to the public, we've seen this server grow over the last year and now to hear about a reset of gralats makes us furious, but not others, Why? Well thats easy, their either poor and don't give a ****, or they haven't been here very long and don't give a ****, or they have friends who are staff that will give them free stuff back after the reset, or their scammers/cheaters whatever you wish to call them. We payed for this so called p2p server crap only too see it become like a classic run server? I left Classic for one reason, and I'll leave Graal2k1 for the same and so will the people who I named and the rest who I haven't included, and all the rest of the scammers, cheaters, new people to the p2p servers, friends of staff who get free toys can enjoy seeing it repeat again next year.

What about me? I have 1534 hours, a house, a bomy, all the hats (455+ hats actually).. what is left? nothing! It's boring, there is not point in having all this stuff at all. I could never wear all the hats I have, I barely go to my house, and I never take my bomy out anymore.

Nothing has value, look at this screenshot I attached.. I mean who the heck actually buys items in stores now? There are so many watercans and shovels that people just give them away, which means that I don't think things should be made by players like that.

Who in the world buys an instrument from the store? NO ONE. Because people are selling dozens of them in the market for next to nothing. What about 20g bottles? Heck people either give them away or sell them for 10g or less. Why? Because people scam, people take advantage of bugs, and people take advantage of new players.

Please, anyone that has tons of stuff, tell me why you would be so upset that your stuff got reset. So you worked all that time for it? Is that the entire point of 2k1? Is that what it should be? You paid real money to come on a game and work for fake money and items?

As far as the New People, Most would rather beg as to work,

We do have fun on graal though. We RP, and working can be fun to some people. If we got a better events team then people would have A LOT more fun. Serena has worked VERY hard to get where she is. She isn't greedy. She just wants to maintain what she has and not lose it because people are complaining they are too lazy to make money. If you didn't want the money to boom, then get rid of the market area and make hats free but limit them to 3 a person. As for dolls, make it so they are given out as prizes for events that admins hold.

Konidias, 2k1 is fun for some people and not fun for others, the only pure fun I had on 2k1 was back when Stefan was the only one in-control of the server, I had my kicks when I pked, I hold the record for it, I don't care about anything, not even money, not even items, and I never ever once bragged about my kill/death ratio, or spar rating, If it were Spi oh boy, he would brag about it mass it to everyone and tell his friends and enemies, he even frowned when I passed his old record.

Pking isn't fun anymore because noone fights or know hows to, the admins house levels changed overtime so it's virtually a pkzone for saints, they run in to the healing room whenever they get too low on life, there's an ugly water puddle outside to the left of the house where people would pk, whoever put that there is a complete idiot because there's enough water on the server already.

I don't care about any damn thing about Graalonline, I'm only voicing my opinion about not having this reset because there's two sides and I choose no, not because of items, not because of money, nor whatever my profile says, If you truely want fun Konidias than quit your job on 2k1 and finish your server so people can have some real 'FUN'.

That sentence sums it up right there

Why would someone spend all the time to accumilate items they will never use in the game? And when the time comes when they can actually use it, they don't want to because they are so accustomed to being fully loaded that you feel empty when it's gone.

It's like in real life, where you have poor people that have an incerdibly large amount of money in their bank account but they are afraid to use it.

Graal is all about the experience... meeting new people, role-playing, doing quests, team work, having fun. It's not about gaining fake items so you can feel good about yourself. If you call that fun, well... I pity you
