I connected to Graal and my account was reset.....I didn't go reset it myself or no one knows my password....Can you fix my account please Stefan?

I lost my online time. I spent All night and all day going on graal for the last couple of days. I had 151 hours, now I have 31

some accounts are reset
Before the reset have you done something
not 'normal'?

yes i lost my online time and ap also but i know online time cant be fixed so i wont ask for it back.....or can it? 0_o

No, I got on RC and everyone PMED me saying, "MY ACCONUT GOT RESET GIVE ME MY STUFF BACK PLEASE" and then I went on graal and I lost my online time, and my rupees, and a little arrows.
So its just something that happened

nope i was on Graal and i exited it to make a siganture and then restarted it and me and like 15 other people had their accoutns reset......

Stefan can you get on Graal and fix my account? It wont even let me play survivor etc....I'm missing some flags or some hidden npcs
