Jack was the Police Chief, then he started using vulgar language towards others, The Game(the person) stored this evidence...I forgot what happened after that, something in the Police Chief elections...Now Jack hates game and others, he even told Stefan to die on his birthday. (And he acts like an idiot in my opinion.)

Wow. He really IS an idiot. I heard from Crono that he was expelled from three schools.

I don't think I'll touch this guy with a 10 foot pole.
