Because really, what is on Graal2001.com is the actual binding set of rules/policies for Graal accounts...upgraded or not. Of course, if Stefan has said that (and he probably has) it just as valid...but it would be better if he had it written in stone so to speak.

Just because graal does not return refunds, unlike those games that you can buy at the store and take back to the store for a refund, does not mean that WE are brainwashed.
