Dragon's holding it and giving it to the ETs as prizes for their events,30G here, 50G there, 15G somewhere else.... and he's not buying anything sooo..... he's using it convieniently to give out...
That way he dun have to go to the admin house and then to the ET, he can just go straight to the ET... makes it alot faster =/
