Can ac not make it impossible to hurt people who dont have high enough wc. maybe just damage reduction. That way people can stop people from casting. Also people in pmode can keep people in bmode from casting by hitting them can that be fixed as well.

You can now press ` (on the "~" key) to autotarget when a wand is equipped (works with both players and monsters). Unfortunately, the issue with not being able to target players isn't fixed yet—I'm still not sure what's causing it. If autotargetting isn't working, try reconnecting; it will break at the same time as targeting player breaks.

Can it be possible to change that hotkey to whatever the player wants? That is my praying hotkey.

Eventually, not sure what the best way to change it is though, since the hotkeys system right now only works for items/skills/spells and chat commands are tacky. GK needs some kind of options window.

Damage reduction would make AC a lot more valuable. That'd be pretty cool.

Terrible idea. Maybe people seem to forget that PKing on Kingdoms already takes far too long. Depending on the opponent, a single battle could go on for 5+ minutes. But, I do agree with you Cubes that the current system is flawed, and needs a revision

Personally, I feel that enchantment scrolls should be abolished. It would make a lot more sense for armor class to increase as your base level does. THEN-- armor with naturally high AC would truly have value, and people might go back to wearing ridiculously heavy plate's in order to heavily reduce the chances of being hit (by either players or possible newly created monsters)

If enchantments were removed, maybe we could have some melee-based abilities to balance us with magic. Would be pretty fly.

With a magic resist scroll, my resistance gets up to 3%. You have 99 physical resistance. Unfortunately, that is not how it works.

The entire system is flawed, and should be entirely redone.

Kale, every suggestion you've ever made has been biased. Even you have to admit some melee abilities would be a really rad update.

not saying not to update melee weapons, just saying, if you're thinking Melee is worse than Magic I think you're crazy. Poison and I'm down to 25 dex 8 con 10 str walking 2.5 speed taking 70 damage hits

Right, but melee users also have to put up with the ridiculous poison.

An easy solution would be to give mages a poison, it would stop the lame regen that keeps us from causing damage after scrolling. Also as it stands theres only large bullet, bullet storm and ice storm that are viable for pk. Sanctuary, spiderweb, holy wrath and holy word if you're brigid and two of those are only useful against bile and sanctuary is only useful against mages. I am however biased as I never wanted to do anything with melee nor do I even see myself wanting to.

It doesn't change the fact that killing someone who has 30+ magic resist is a pain in the ass. I usually have to cast protection from magic on them to lower it and that still doesn't lower it enough for me to deal enough damage to kill them before they can get away and heal. Mages just don't have enough burst damage unless you're retarded and stand in our bullet storms.

Another suggestion I wanted to bring up was adding shield block for bullets and other projectiles that follow you not just in battlegrounds but everywhere. I have 0 magic resist and they barely do any damage to me unless I sit there and let them spam them at me for like 2 minutes. I like having to use a little more strategy when PKing and this wouldn't add much but it would be a way to avoid getting spammed by them.
