In Era, the only fun WAS when staff were corrupt, abused, and pulled **** out of their ass.
Era was fun when players actually could have a chance at being a player, but everything in Era is automated now. Down to the point where there is so little communication between staff and players that the ticket submission (within Era) and the self-service image-uploading option was added. That's obviously to have players not bother PRs and make them already far more useless than they are.
Go spawn strength and speed, spawn all the guns on Era and let people loose with them. Creating small incentives to help eradicate the "old" Era in search of a "new" destroys any concept of Era that players could enjoy because there is so little actual communication.
Doesn't help that the new batch of players are growing up around this style of game play where the most important thing is in-game items and money.
Wtf? How about you make the actual GAME PLAY the most important aspect? How is it that ALL gang leaders seem to care so little who they have in their team so long as THEY win events and raids? And why is it that gang leaders now change every other week when the same leader stood around for years? There's no sense of loyalty. It isn't like it was just a few years back, in fact it was as recent as the whole Terisu Family/Mongrel Mob deal. Let members run their faith in a gang they choose and let Leaders decide who they want to trust. Making bull**** things like "gunracks" so that ALL members are equal distracts from the appeal of being in a gang to actually try to mean something to the leader.
Era lacks that. And it lacks a stabilized way of purchasing "BALANCED" weapons. Gang guns should go back to being novelty items, meaning nothing more than similar balanced weapons with nothing more than an insignia of your alliance to your gang. The BB Magnum and the Black Holster (v1) were both nothing to gawk at, but they showed that members who used these weapons were proud.
Bring back the ability for players to actually DO something about who they want to associate and how they want to be involved in a gang and let staff take a step back from letting everything fall on their hands. If a person gets scammed trying to buy a gang gun? (untaglocked) well then... that's his fault for thinking the Leader would sell. Just do something. And make all weapons priced at a point where the market will not try to outsell, the exclusive weapons should be limited to gangs and businesses so that people HAVE a reason to go for a gang since that's what this Era is all about anyway. Whoever has the latest, most powerful weapon...

Come on Blaze... You and I both know that corruption is not what made Era fun. It was the community. These other items are meaningless if we did not have such an interesting bunch of people on th game.
Corruption is what destroyed Era's community in the first place. Everyone likes to say "yeah this corruption made era what it was," yet everyone neglects the fact that corruption created this gap between the wealthy and the poor, it also created mass conflicts with gang leadership and so forth.
Corruption may have been fun for those who RECEIVED its benefits, but it was not fun for those who did not receive the unfair advantages.
