Like I said go troll somewhere else this is a serious problem.

So what is the Graal Online staffing going to do about this? Over a month to transfer server time, which in reality would only take seconds, this is far beyond reasonable. We are paying customers so we expect speedy results. If you expect people to pay for this game, let alone to develop, on it you guys need to provide better customer support. If we were an iPhone server I bet we would have gotten much faster results, let alone wouldn't have to pay for a server.

I do understand that Stefan is under a lot of stress to get V6 up and running, but seriously? If you are not willing to take care of your current community, why the hell should future players pay for this kind of response from the Graal administration staff?

I'm not sure why you have to create a forum thread one day after my email. Subscription time transfer is not a simple thing, especially so short after the purchase (there can be possible refund transactions). I will do it when I get time and also add the delay to the subscription time. This is just adding additional developer gold time so I don't see where the big problem is.
