yeah i remember it was released and people were playing it, then died in a week or so, the player count went down dramatically after a week, it was a good try tho =[ i had faith, i just fished haha

A lot of old faces popping up in this thread . That would be nice to have the old server around for a while, people to reunite. If not then i think its time to let it rest. For the heck of it i will check back here every few months or so to see if any progress has been done. Been doing this for 2 or 3 years now it just seems to be the same stuff over and over again.

if it goes iphone/pc and the playercount was 1k plus 2k1 would be an entirely different world. In addition, those of us without iphones who work full-time and can't sit around in class/their house/whatever people without jobs do would fall behind hardcore as far as the economy went ;/. Kingdoms Wars would be pretty insane though ;D

Well, it would be nice and it's compatible with the ipod touch, and if you could access it via PC/Mac too it would be cool. What it really needs is an economic plan and a hook, otherwise people will only check it out for a bat and move on. There needs to be a clear set goal for the players to aspire to and are willing to spend time working towards it. For a time we had an economic balance on hats but the job system lacked in giving new players an equal opportunity to compete with the players that had been in it from the beginning making most new players lost and confused as to what the point of the game was. For the Kingdom system to function it relied on players that had been around long enough to understand the game, don't get me wrong, the kingdoms were some of the best part of the server, but they were set up very unfriendly to new players. I think with some good planning this server can be salvageable.
