To MontyPython: My point was if you're going to go illogical about the situation, go all out. Basically, go hard or go home. Burying pumpkins is dumb, boring and overall homosexual. Monster Pumpkins and ****, is dumb, but its so dumb that its fun and entertaining. Balance out the stupidity with entertainment/fun.

Here's the development department:

• Sales, scripting
• Crow, scripting
• Chris Vimes (me), scripting
• Tim_Rocks, levels
• Rachel (cooldust79), levels
• Sage (graphics)
• Arch_Angel (graphics)

I don't have access to the times they last logged on right now, but I saw all of them on yesterday.


And no, Era doesn't have a "dedicated" staff team. Hopefully no one will take that out of context (shame on anyone who does). In order for Era to have a dedicated staff team, we'd have to quit school/jobs and work on Era as if we were getting paid. Life is more important. There's a shortage of decent developers everywhere on Graal, ask any server manager. We're not going to lower our standards and start hiring people who can't develop well.

This is true and it especially sucks now that people can't really learn to script offline. And in order to learn to script online they need to pay for a developer package. The developer shortage is probably only going to get worse.

Greed kind of put the nail and Graal's coffin there. It was bad enough when they expected developers to make all of Graal's content for free, but now they want us to pay them to make content for them? It's not surprising that I can remember there regularly being about 200 players on each of the popular servers a few years ago, and now Graal's average playercount for the last year is less than 250.

No ganier's.
2 LAT's...
Scripting department seems good, even without Crow.
Same for Graphics / Kinda.

But i guess we cant expect you guys to do anything since most of you are going to school + working on Era Dev instead of Era.
So lets stop pretending you guys are trying to fix Era's Economy, add new stuff, new weapons etc etc, and start realising nothings going to happen until atleast 2012 when Erav2 is released (If graal is still around then).

Crow and Arch_Angel only have access to the dev server. Which is why you don't see them, but Crow has been online pretty much daily.

We also have Relic on the LAT team, and Amsel on the Gani team (but he's kind of busy). There's not a huge demand for ganis right now, though.
