Heh, only reason I rendered it is if I eventually want to pixel an animated one rotating -- it works as a good base for shape and such. Was no reason to put any detail into it. However, I love the way the DS games render their 3D objects, even the simplest shapes(like keys)... I just can't get mines to render anything like it. It may just be because I'm using 3ds' crappy default cel-shading material.

Can't find ANY screenshots of the items in-game though :/

I don't know much about 3ds, but I know with Blender you can make/download some really great materials, including cel-shading.

I'm using Blender tho, but most of people tell me other programs like Maya are better. Might try it out.

Well, for that kind of stuff you can use paint.NET too. Same functions, unlimited undo/redo, easier to use.
