It's a nice start. What I suggest doing is practicing drawing the same person over and over and over and over and over again in different poses and possibly different styles. Try everything until you are comfortable in one style and can draw well in it....

hmmmmmmmmm after doing much reasearch for my manga (reading manga) i have found out in manga there isnt much for detail in backrounds. Most of the scenes are just the peoples heads talking, unless its an action scene where they show the body. They only put detail into a scene when you go from one to another. Also every characters hair is black

Quiet you..

and Vash, I know it doesn't look very anime-ish, as I was still trying to keep it in a comic style before, it's just it had more of an anime feel than the others, that's all..(And just as a point of note, the final one I settled on is none of those 3...)

Tin Man, I think you should keep the plot secret for now, that way we can enjoy it by itself when you release it.
