Alot of objects have an alpha variable already... 'this.alpha' doesn't actually refer to anything since this. could be anything. It's just a scope.

I don't think you're understanding GS2 since you asked that question. Of course there will be a this.alpha, if the current object has an alpha variable -.-, like images.

We use vbulletin so it's just an update. To see the project manager, click the 'Projects' link on the menu (next to User CP). It's a funky way of submitting tasks, bugs and suggestions about different topics. Currently there is one for V5.
