Can't until v6. iphone is running a special v6, which means things that work for them won't work for PC's(bombs and arrows, for example). It was very apparent when it was first opened, arrows were really buggy(about 20 arrows constantly flew around the levels with no one firing them).

I believe he plans to when v6 is released though, to try to get the two communities more involved(viral marketing sort of thing?).

Actually on iPhone you are slightly faster right now (0.6 instead of 0.5) and can beat PC players as long as you are not a complete newbie.

The amount of control is much greater than the iPhone, and the performance hit they suffer compared to the PC client allows the PC to ez and outrun any iPhone player 1v1.

Perhaps an easy way to distinguish PC players from iPhone players can alleviate that some(so iPhone players can avoid sparring with PC players if they want to). Maybe a heart advantage or something as well? I dunno, it's something that can be balanced over time.

If they're opening the Classic iPhone server to PC players too, what is going to be the purpose of the Classic that is under construction?

Is there an ETA on the opening of the iPhone Classic server to PC players? I would come back to playing if I can play Classic again, and better sooner than later.
