Just create a ticket, times have changed with the Support Center with the newer PWAs, mine usually get answered with a full day. Be lucky also, because i'm sure Bell can handle this herself, and/or possibly Tig.

Something like this:

• Create a solid structure for a server revival to see if it'd work before you invest time/money into it.
• Hunt down backups of the old server content if needed. PM Stefan about this if you're having trouble with it.
• Purchase a development server and get it renamed to "Shaded Legend" by asking a Playerworld Administrator.
• Upgrade your accounts so you can work on the server.
  
  
• Post a hiring thread for staff recruitment.
• Develop new content and carry out your plans.
• Rinse and repeat until you're done!

i would like to help you in your efforts. i tried to recreate what you guys did in the past but i stopped because i knew i couldn't do it alone.
