I don't consider things released to the public stolen when used.

I don't know of any edited GFX, but there could have been.

Aeria was a big mistake, I agree. We all agree. There is no way it's coming back.

How about everyone stop *****in' about what happened with SoG, and just focus on, "Vesporia", and state how u think it is, Playable wise, as in actual gameplay, not ranting on where the GFX came from, Ok?

Anyway, haven't checked it out, yet, I don't know if I will.... But, if Vesporia is as it looked in the Video, it seems to be pretty damn nice.

I wish you luck on the project.

You have no idea what you're talking about. You don't need to reinvent the wheel. That's why many game developers license other game engines like the Unreal, Source or Gamebryo to use for their product so they don't have to put time and money into creating their own engine from scratch.

You're right. No one should use scripts in the code gallery. No one should use any of the free tiles. No one should ever use anything released by others to the public, the purpose of which is so it can be used by others.

They can use the Graal stuff sure, But i still don't like that Battlefield 2 stuff. To me, it kills the orginiality in the server if they repeatedly use other stuff.

It doesn't make it any less original. Deus Ex used the Unreal engine and it was pretty damn unique.

if you're talking about the roof tiles, i made them. i've seen some dev servers use them; i'm not gonna trip about it though because they're never gonna make it to hosted anyway.

the server looked alright. I didn't really play. I did not have the patience to get my gun working. The controls are weird, I looked at the control options, went to the tutorial but it was being stupid, so I logged off.

i have to agree with this i guess.
server tiles are kinda.. contrasting in style.

controls are too complicated as well, even with the configurable stuff in options. also i think safety mode is pretty pointless.
