I've seen even the best statted players complain about the lack of competition with a sword. Graal kingdoms is suppose to be a fantasy medevil warfare game, just like zone is a futuristic shooter.
Stats really ought to be left to the monsters and so on.
I'm not saying totally arcadise the stat system! not as all!
I'm just saying change the stats slightly so everybody has a chance to die by a sword. I mean, I've hit players with high ac, and no armour on. That would not happen in most other games.
If u stabbed somebody, they are hurt. They don't just stand there looking at you! I find it unfair that you can get stats so high you enter god-mode.
Its unrealistic and pardon my french.. but pretty ****ty.
I mean, if you fire an arrow and it hits a guy, doesn't matter what armour they got it would still hurt them. No arrow would bounce off you unless you had a shield to block you.
Ac should not make players enter god-mode, fair enough protect them and make them a challenge to kill but at least allow all players to get hurt!
The reason wars are boring is because so few players can get involved.
Most players like myself personally cannot be bothered to level this, level that. I'd rather be doing more important things like spending time with my girlfriend, watching movies, going to concerts, nightclubbing. Graal kingdoms requires too much attention and is becoming a pain in the ass. |
