Appirces are slightly overpowered but that's ok, because it's shadowed by the lame-ness of Aprippers and such.

I'd love to see somebody shoot one shotgun in each arm using only one arm, and have them do that much power without breaking their shoulders.

Appirces are about as balanced as a scale holding a feather in one end and a rock in the other.
