Not at all... Infact, if you are a top playerworld, and don't meet your rent payment, you're either shut down, removed from classic for a period of time, and other things of the sort. They are quite strict on actually getting their payment at the end of the term.
If you're ANY server and you dont meet the rent, you should be shut down the same day the rent is due. People are really pushing the limits of the system.
